From war to peace; my passion for chainmaille, quality, design and beauty.
I am passionate about making beautiful but wearable jewellery and make all my items by hand using high quality materials. Some of my pieces are traditional chainmaille weaves which have evolved over centuries and others are my own designs based on these weaves. I love the idea that chainmaille which dates back to pre-Roman times and was originally intended for use in war is now seeing a renaissance as an emblem of peace, joy and beauty.
I do also make pieces by traditional jewellery methods, as well as wire weaving and wrapping but my real love is chainmaille, because of its intricacy and versatility.

Design Statement
I make all my pieces by hand and can adjust them to suit any size of wrist/ length of neck/type of earwire etc .... I can also change metals, colours, or stones according to personal choice.
In addition to my normal Ready to Wear collection, which I can alter as above, I also make unique one of a kind pieces under my OOAK Ready to Wear collection.
I also design and make Bespoke/Custom jewellery, which depending upon the agreement with my client may be either designs which I can use again later or OOAK designs which will be unique to that person.
All my jewellery whether ready to wear, or bespoke/custom is designed around my client not the other way round.
I always take the greatest care and pride in the quality of my work and check and recheck to ensure my standards are high and my products as near perfect as I can make them.
